Flexible workplace and culture

Mikkel has been part of Netic since March 2019. At that point, he joined as a Senior Consultant in Security & Analytics with his areas of focus being Splunk and Humio. Since then, Mikkel have been part of Service Desk, before he returned to Security & Analytics as Team Lead in April 2020.

Agile organization with room for development

When Mikkel after 8 months in Netic sought to make use of his process-related competences in Service Desk, there was no problem in him changing department: “In Netic spirit, it was not a problem, because as Karsten said, it is vital that you are satisfied with what you are doing”.

When Mikkel then moved from Service Desk and back to Security & Analytics, he felt the flexibility again.Mikkel explains: “Once again did the culture in Netic surprise me. From day 1, there has been 100 % support, and everyone have welcomed me. I think that is extremely positive, and it characterize the Netic that I gradually have become integrated in, namely that there is room and space for everyone”.

 Mikkel is however sure that he has landed the right place now: “Team Lead in Security & Analytics – the coolest department in Netic – is exactly the challenge that I need in my career right now”.

One big team

“What I think characterize Netic, is the unity, the cliché that we pull better together is actually reality in Netic”. That’s how Mikkel describes the teamwork in Netic and elaborates that the teamwork, which is imprinted with respect, responsiveness and acceptance, is not limited to one’s own department: “We are all part of one big team and find solutions together – across departments”. Mikkel conclude by saying: ”In Netic as entity, we have a very flat organization where everybody pitches their ideas and inputs for improvements”.
