Business Continuity lies at the heart of what we do for our customers at Netic. It is our control of your IT operations that lets you keep control of your business.

ITIL v3 foundation.

Netic has a team of highly specialised operations staff with far-reaching industry experience and a strong educational background. The employees dedicated to service transition, service operation, continuous service improvement and project management work according to established ITIL v3 processes. All operations staff undergo ITIL training – ITIL v3 foundation as a minimum.

Operational security

Netic provides operations and hosting services to customers, both private and public, for whom IT is business-critical. Many of these are subject to the Danish Act on the Processing of Personal Data according to the ISO 27000 IT security management standard, which is supported by Netic’s ISAE3402 type 2 IT Auditor’s Report that measures Netic’s data centres and operating processes against ISO 27000.

Netic thus has well-documented and implemented change management, incident management and problem management processes.

IT operations management is more than just the physical location of data and systems. Netic will help you choose where your IT operations are best placed, taking into account all your company’s needs. This could be in your own data centre, in a public cloud or in one of our data centres.
