24/7 Business Continuity
Business Continuity Lies at The Heart of Netic
“At Netic, we always focus on our customers’ reality. We strive to make a difference – to you too.”
24/7 Business Continuity
Business Continuity lies at the heart of what we do for our customers at Netic. It is our control of your IT operations that lets you keep control of your business.
Netic has a team of highly specialised operations staff with far-reaching industry experience and a strong educational background. The employees dedicated to service transition, service operation, continuous service improvement and project management work according to established ITIL v3 processes. All operations staff undergo ITIL training – ITIL v3 foundation as a minimum.
Netic provides operations and hosting services to customers, both private and public, for whom IT is business-critical. Many of these are subject to the Danish Act on the Processing of Personal Data according to the ISO 27000 IT security management standard, which is supported by Netic’s ISAE3402 type 2 IT Auditor’s Report that measures Netic’s data centres and operating processes against ISO 27000.
Netic thus has well-documented and implemented change management, incident management and problem management processes.
Your choice of architecture
IT operations management is more than just the physical location of data and systems. Netic will help you choose where your IT operations are best placed, taking into account all your company’s needs. This could be in your own data centre, in a public cloud or in one of our data centres.
In practice, we help many of our customers utilise the benefits offered by different platforms. Or in other words: Hybrid Cloud Management.
But you don’t have to take our word for it. See what our customers have to say.
Danish Business Authority – Public sector purchasing goes through Netic
“We think that Netic is an extremely professional supplier. They have in-depth knowledge of security and are very process-oriented, meaning that they are always fully aligned with ITIL. We speak the same language, and this is very important in a differentiated and complex operating environment like ours.” Mads Parby, Special Consultant at NemHandel.
In Denmark it is simply not possible to trade with institutions, such as daycare centers and government departments, without sending invoices through NemHandel. NemHandel is managed by the Danish Business Authority, and Netic has been responsible for a large part of the operations of Nemhandel’s server infrastructure since 2010 when the task was acquired in at tender round.
