Become a trainee in Netic

For several years, Netic has developed a well-functioning environment for trainees, focusing partly on the trainees' professionalism and competences, and partly on how to develop these in the best way and under the right circumstances. Netic has a desire to educate the next generation in IT and, ideally, also our future employees.

Growing for more

The philosophy at Servicedesk is that anything that can be solved here, should be solved here. As a result, there are many great challenges for all levels of the educational programme. If you want even more professionalism, there is a "student lab" available, where trainees have their own rack with servers for free use. Here, skills can be developed and exam set-ups tested, among other things.

As an trainee in Netic, I am part of a large team with many different competences. I have the opportunity to influence which areas I want to develop my skills within. Netic is very broad and covers areas such as networking, storage, cloud and on-prem solutions, database, logging and general application operation. Therefore, it gives you the chance to try different things and find out what you are passionate about

Trainee

It all creates a good foundation for developing technical skills and take in more and more tasks. If you want responsibility and knowledge, there are plenty of ways to do this on a daily basis.

Trainees in Netic are regularly rotated to other departments and technologies, depending on what is possible and desired. Thus, you can strengthen your competences (and interests) in Operations, Server & Storage, Network & Backup, Database and Cloud Native.

In Netic, I'm not afraid to admit when I make mistakes. You don't get scolded, but there is a good dialogue about how we can avoid future mistakes. Netic is a workplace that I look forward to going to in the morning, and am not afraid of being bored. I think Netic deserves to know that. In my opinion, they do a great job when it comes to trainees.
