You can apply through our vacancies or by sending an unsolicited application.

Who can apply?

In Netic, we have an inclusive environment with room for everyone, regardless of your background and what else you bring to the table. We therefore encourage everyone with an interest in Netic to apply.

When can I expect to hear from you?

Our job postings vary depending on whether there is an application deadline or if we are hiring on a rolling basis. Often, the hiring manager will review applications on an ongoing basis. You can expect an answer at the latest when the recruitment process is complete.

If you have any questions during the process or if you want an update on your application, you are always welcome to get in touch with the contact person listed in the job ad.

When you apply unsolicited, you will receive a confirmation that we have received your application. We will contact you if we have a job opportunity that matches your skills and interests.

What should my CV and cover letter include?

We recommend that you customize your material for Netic. Please specify what you have to offer, including reasons for applying for the position, your experience and skills, and a detailed overview of your career so far.

If you are applying unsolicited, we recommend that you give a detailed description of which team/department you want to work in or which technologies you want to work with.

I've been invited to the 1. job interview - what is the agenda?

The first job interview is attended by the hiring manager and possibly a future colleague.

The first job interview includes:

  • The participants introduce themselves and you will have the opportunity to hear more about Netic and the position.
  • It will be determined whether there is an immediate match between the requirements for the position and your competencies.
  • It will be determined if there is an immediate match.
  • Opportunity to ask questions.
  • During the job interview, you will be told what the next step is and when to expect feedback. It is important that you also find out for yourself whether Netic is the right employer for you.

I've been invited to the 2. job interview - what is the agenda?

Prior to the second job interview, you will receive a link to complete a TT38 Talent Test. The test identifies your talents. We use it as a tool to assess whether you fit into Netic, in the team and how a manager should lead/motivate you. The test cannot stand alone, but forms the basis for the topics for the second interview.

The second job interview is attended by the hiring manager and a member of senior management. Sometimes, there may also be a future colleague or HR as well. It varies slightly. You will be informed prior to the interview who will be attending.

    The second job interview includes:

  • Participants introduce themselves
  • It will be determined whether there is a match between the requirements for the position and your competencies based on your TT38 report.
  • It will be determined if there is an immediate match.
  • Opportunity to ask questions.
  • During the job interview, you will be told what the next step is and when to expect feedback.

    I want my information deleted

If you want your information deleted from our recruitment system, please send an email to hr@netic.dk.

    Is my information secure?

Yes, it is. We handle all information confidentially in accordance with our privacy policy.

    Are all positions advertised?

Not all positions are advertised. Some positions are filled with applicants who have sent unsolicited applications to us or who are otherwise known to us.

I previously sent an unsolicited application. Now you have a vacancy I want to apply for. What should I do?

You send a new application and CV via the job posting you wish to apply for.

    Do you take references?

Yes, as part of the recruitment process we sometimes request references from your previous employers. However, never without your explicit consent.

Do you have trainees and student assistants?

We have the opportunity to collaborate with students, trainees and student assistants. We find mutual access to new knowledge, exchange of experience and new perspectives on practice and theory valuable for all parties.

If we are looking for trainees, interns or student assistants, it will be announced in our Vacancies section.

You can also read more about internships in Netic here and our collaboration with students here.

Can I enter into a study-related project collaboration with Netic?

We are headquartered right next to Aalborg University and UCN, and therefore we see it as an obvious opportunity to enter into a project collaboration - also with students from other educational institutions.

Write an application where you elaborate on the topic and what you expect us to contribute with and send it as an unsolicited application.

    Security clearance

Many of our customers require Netic's employees to have a security clearance in order for us to get the contract.

That's why we ask in the recruitment process whether you have a clean criminal record and whether you think you can obtain a security clearance.
